What academic qualifications does The Maynard offer?
All students study GCSEs in Years 10 and 11 (Lower and Upper 5), and A-levels in the Sixth Form (with the option of also undertaking an Extended Project Qualification ).

Is there additional support for students whose first language is not English?
Yes - although we expect levels of English to be high upon application (an IELTS score of 5.5 at 15.5 years old for example), all international students also receive one hour of EAL (English as an Additional Language) teaching per week. Extra lessons will be provided at an additional cost if recommended.
