The economics

The no-school-commission pledge
Every Houseroom advisor pledges to take no commission, placement fee or referral fee from any school. You're paid by Houseroom per engagement, so your advice answers to the family — not to a school's intake targets. It's the reason parents trust the badge, and it's non-negotiable.

Credentials & identity
Upload qualification documents and verify your identity. Tutors working with children also complete a DBS check.

Our team checks your credentials and references. You'll hear back by email either way — most reviews complete within a few working days.

You appear on the verified directory, matched families find you, and paid orders open up in your dashboard pool.
