Talk Education is 'incredibly impressed' with Shrewsbury, highlighting the secure but free-ranging campus environment, young and enthusiastic staff, a calm sense of purpose, and an all-round buzz. The school began its move towards full co-education in 2014; today the mix of boys and girls is described as 'bang on'. The school is characterised as confident, modern and 'brilliantly go-ahead'.
