The American School in London offers an American-style academic curriculum for students aged 4 to 18. The school admits students who embody its mission and core values and who are expected to succeed in its academic programs. The school requires applicants for K1 to be 4 years old by 31 August and for K2 to be 5 years old by 31 August, with all students fully toilet trained. Applications for the 2026-27 school year are accepted on a rolling basis after primary deadlines, with decisions communicated by end of February for applications completed by 15 January, and later deadlines for subsequent applications. The school requires submission of transcripts, teacher recommendations, standardized test results (ISEE, SSAT, CTP, MAP/NWEA, SAT, ACT, PSAT), and an applicant questionnaire. ASL does not provide visa sponsorship and expects families to arrange appropriate visas independently.
