About this programme

Link Chinese Academy runs Mandarin immersion holiday camps at Alderbrook Primary School in Balham for children aged 3 to 12, from beginners to native speakers, grouped by age and level. Structured Mandarin lessons are combined with art, science and sport activities taught in Mandarin by a specialist teacher and teaching assistant, at a ratio of 1:8. The camp runs 09:30 to 15:30, with half days and wraparound care from 08:30 to 17:30 available. A week costs £295 (£285 early bird) or £65 for a single day; children bring a nut-free packed lunch, and childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare are accepted.
