What each reminder includes

Common questions
How accurate are the deadlines?
Each date is checked weekly against the school's published admissions information and shows its review date.
What if a school changes a date mid-cycle?
The next weekly review picks it up and pending reminders are updated. If you've already had a reminder, we send a correction.
Why only one reminder per deadline?
More becomes noise. One reminder the week a deadline approaches is enough.
Which channels can I get reminders on?
Email, text (SMS) or both. You can set channels per child.
Does the tracker cover state schools?
Not yet. We cover London independent schools, where deadlines are hardest to follow. State school dates are on your local authority website.
What if a school isn't listed?
Every school in the directory is tracked. Tell us about a missing London independent and we aim to add it within a week.
Can I share my tracker with my partner?
Yes. Add a second contact per child and we'll alert you both.
