In June 2024, the Greek Secondary School of London underwent an additional Ofsted inspection, resulting in an overall rating of "Inadequate." The inspection highlighted that the quality of education and personal development were rated as "Requires Improvement," while leadership and management were deemed "Inadequate." The school's sixth-form provision was rated "Good." The report also noted that the school did not meet all the independent school standards. Following this, the school submitted an action plan, which was evaluated by Ofsted and subsequently rejected by the Department for Education on 29 April 2024. A progress monitoring inspection was conducted in March 2025, during which the school was found to have made significant progress in meeting the independent school standards. New policies were implemented, and all pupils now have access to a well-sequenced PSHE curriculum that prepares them for life in modern Britain and beyond. The inspection concluded that the standards were now met. In September 2025, leadership changes were implemented, and the school's most recent full inspection judgment moved to "Good" across all areas, including sixth-form provision.
