About the head

Debbie Picton is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where she read Classics (MA Oxon). She began her career at Highgate School, rising to Deputy Head of Sixth Form and Head of Higher Education. She then moved to North London Collegiate School as Assistant Head and Director of Sixth Form, and subsequently to Bancroft's School as Senior Deputy Head. She was appointed Head of Sir William Perkins's School in September 2023. MA (Oxon)
