In June 2025, Ivy House School underwent an inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). The report highlighted several significant changes since the previous inspection: Name Change: The school transitioned from St Anthony’s School for Girls to Ivy House School. Co-educational Shift: It became a co-educational institution across all year groups. Ownership Change: The school changed ownership from Alpha Plus Group Limited to Inspired Education. The inspection also noted that the school had 44 children in the early years, comprising one Nursery class and one Reception class. Additionally, 17 pupils were identified with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and 22 pupils had English as an additional language. In January 2026, Inspired Education Group announced plans to absorb a significant portion of the 20% VAT on private school fees for the 2025-2026 academic year, passing on only 8.5% to families, thereby minimizing the financial impact on parents. In February 2025, Ivy House School inaugurated the Ivy House Express, a historic train carriage transformed into a sensory-friendly library.
