Wellbeing

CounsellingTutor systemPeer mentoringChaplaincySchool nurse

At Latymer the wellbeing of our pupils is central to all we do. Each pupil has a tutor in a small group (typically 16–18), with stability of tutor groups throughout each division. Tutors are supported by experienced Heads and Assistant Heads of Year, Heads of Division, a Deputy Head (Pastoral), three counsellors, two registered nurses, a school doctor, a chaplain, and the Head of Wellbeing and PSHCE. Latymer's Prefect and peer mentor system provides senior students as role models and listeners for younger pupils, fostering leadership and support across the community.
